This policy applies to orders placed online via our website for UK delivery only. For books purchased in Kenya from our retail stockists, please contact the store directly.
If you receive a damaged or defective copy of In Quest of Knowledge, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@inquestofknowledge.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
Once we receive your request and verify the issue, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them by emailing us at info@inquestofknowledge.com. After this period, orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Standard delivery takes 3–10 working days after dispatch. A flat delivery fee of £5.00 applies per order.
